Irish Industrial Fabricators is an associate company of IIF Process Mechanical and Electrical Contractors. Operating out of Ireland's most modern workshops, Irish Industrial Fabricators is one of the country's leading fabricators.

IIF's experience covers the fabrication, erection, welding, supporting, testing and flushing of piping systems.

Considerable experience has been gained from working on the revamp of existing systems within Process Units, involving the removal of redundant plant and piping, followed by fabrication, replacement and re-instatement. This work has been carried out on occasions without plant shutdown.

Irish Industrial Fabricators provide a complete fabrication service starting with the preparation of isometric drawings from Consultants' or Clients' general arrangement drawing, proceeding through to the purchase of the pipe and fittings, the in-house fabrication of spool pieces, transport and shipping on request.

A variety of tube sizes can be handled up to and including 2.5m diameter and up to and over 12.0m in length.

ANCILLARY STEELWORK

The Company fabricates and delivers (and will also install or erect, if required) brackets, tanks and general steelwork.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

The works comprise a modern pre-fabrication shop, having a floor area in excess of 1,250m sq. and an uncovered floor area of 1,500m sq., plus additional uncovered storage compound with extensive space for large modular assembly.

Extensive handling facilities are available, including five tonne and two tonne gantry cranes and seven one tonne pillar cranes.

Plant resources include pipe and plate profiling equipment, M.M.A., M.I.G., T.I.G. and Orbital Welding Equipment.
